URx Conference (urxconference.com) is an annual conference that brings together the community of passionate university recruiting professionals. This includes University Recruiters, Employee Development, Academic Programs, Administrators and much more.

Deadline to submit is Friday, January 10th. Speakers will be notified by January 31st, 2020. Selected proposals will receive a 50% discounted ticket to the event and a custom 15% discount code to share with your team or network.

Our goal is to curate relevant and engaging content in an effort to empower the community of passionate early talent professionals across all industries. We want our audience to walk away feeling inspired to execute new ideas and strategies learned from our events. We welcome all submissions but are particularly interested in those that highlight university recruiting strategies, on-boarding & talent development, relationship building with internal stakeholders and crafting a compelling early talent story.

Panel Discussion/ Fireside Chat - These provide insight about a topic or range of topics amongst 2 - 4 panelists who share differing perspectives. (45 minutes)

Presentation - These highlight expertise in a topic or field and provide the audience with key takeaways they can implement into new strategies (45 minutes)

Workshop - These are interactive sessions that will introduce new ideas or techniques in the University Recruiting space (45 minutes)

Discussion Group - These are engaging sessions that will introduce a topic or concept that will be discussed in a group of 15 - 20 (45 minutes)
